Green and healthy | Dual WELL and LEED certifications underway

A “powerful market signal” that the bar for modern real estate construction and design continues to push upward. These better buildings will be a challenge to design and build, but at least it is at the hands of two standards that are already popular in the market instead of a new standard altogether.
