Our Approach

Above all else, we are a partner. Our partnership can be leveraged as much or as little as our entrepreneurs need. We have an extensive network within the venture, capital markets and real estate communities that can help open doors across North America. Further, our affiliation with Hopewell® represents an immediate sales opportunity. Hopewell® is looking for opportunities’ to be an early adopter of tools and technologies across its various business lines, and is willing to provide real-time feedback to help facilitate product improvement and refinement. 

One of our first investments, Virtuo, is an AI-assisted moving concierge company that eliminates the friction of moving into and setting-up a new home. Hopewell’s homebuilding division was one of the first major builders in Alberta to bundle this service into its sales process, and the collaboration between the two companies has helped refine Virtuo’s roadmap.
