The Great Resignation is mostly hype

A good reminder, or at least thought provocation, that "The Great Resignation" is not a manifestation of a collective laziness sated by stimulus checks. It's a confluence of factors that would likely still be occuring outside of a global pandemic. These factors include the ever-increasing aging-out of an ever-growing workforce; the lack of skilled labor to satisfy the demand for it; and the simple preference for people to leave awful jobs for better jobs. Not surprisingly, we see this echo in the proptech space through companies empowering more efficient workflows to help staff keep up (AirworksToolbxFillogicSparkQflow) and those improving work flexibility for employees (Desana).
